Delivery Information

 

If your order is placed before midday on weekdays, we aim to send it out that same day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we will send the item on Monday at the latest. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

We offer FREE local Bath delivery to BA1 & BA2 postcodes (regrettably this does not cover BA10, BA11, BA12, etc, as delivery is done by bicycle from the shop).  Select “Free local Bath delivery BA1/BA2” in Checkout. We aim to deliver these orders by hand, if the delivery address is in the city of Bath, within 72 hours. 

UK DELIVERY (non-local): 

You can select Standard Delivery, which normally takes 2-5 working days, although during late December this is likely to be longer and so caution needs to be applied with Christmas delivery, or Express Delivery, which is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days – this should remain so for orders placed up until and including 20th December. 

The following provides guidance on the priority level for each of the two services we use with Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery: We use Royal Mail’s 24 Hr tracked service, with a target of 24 hours (although this is not guaranteed and can be up to 5 days under normal circumstances), where a the postal worker will confirm delivery upon goods being posted through your door.  

Most items are charged at £3.95 postage per order. Charms and chains come in a flatter, bespoke Silver Shop gift box and are charged at £1.95 per order. 

Express Delivery is charged at £7.95 per order. These will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and these are guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days under normal circumstances.

Gift Vouchers are delivered free of charge. We send them by 1st Class post and they require no signature.

 

 

Collect in store

We offer a free collect in store service from our shop on Union passage in Bath. Simply chose ‘Click and Collect’ option at payment and you will receive an email when you order is ‘completed’ and therefore ready for collection.

We aim to have these orders ready as soon as possible and once you have received the Order Completed email, it will be ready to collect.

International Delivery

We are not currently delivering to EU countries until we are able to establish a reliable and competitive means of exporting. We regret this deeply and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery to the rest of the world (Non EU) will be charged at £9.95 per delivery. We use Royal Mail’s International Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required by the recipient and an item is trackable. Royal Mail allows a maximum of 25 days for delivery of parcels shipped in this way, but it is usually much quicker than this.

We regret that due to insurance issues, we are unable to deliver items to the USA.

Presentation

We believe that presentation is very important and all our jewellery will be supplied boxed, usually with our own bespoke branded boxes. The vast majority of our non-jewellery gift items are also boxed, with a small number of exceptions, where an alternative form of packaging will be used, as we would in the shop.

Stock Availability

Every effort is made to send items immediately.  However, as we are a trading retail shop operating on the high street, there may be rare occasions where stock suddenly becomes unavailable before the stock system has reacted to this and we are unable to send out orders immediately. Under these circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and we will work as fast as possible to get the item in and delivered, and of course we are happy to refund you in full should you do not wish to wait.
