Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases
We wish you to be happy with your purchase and it is not always easy to choose a product online as compared to when you can pick it up and feel it in-store. Therefore, when you buy online from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 28 days of receiving your order via email or telephone and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
On unwanted goods, this refund will cover the cost of the item and the postage originally paid by you. You will have to pay the cost of returning it to us though.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or give refunds on earrings, unless they are faulty.
Returned products must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In a re-saleable condition
3. In their original packaging with all documentation still in place
We will pay your return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is faulty. Simply telephone or email the shop and we will provide returns instructions.
You can return your purchase directly to us via the post, for a refund or an exchange, or you can visit our shop in Bath to exchange your purchase for something more suitable, or for a refund if it is within 28 days.
We guarantee the quality & performance of products within a reasonable time period & with normal use, & where there has not been misuse or neglect.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
